Hope Chapel is an inclusive community sanctuary space for residents and visitors in Hebden Bridge. Whether you come into the place for a music performance or to sit quietly and light a candle, you are welcome. Our aim is to have the doors open as much as possible and to provide a wide variety of events and activities that make the most of the ethos and ambience of the place.
Volunteering
As a not-for-profit organisation and to continue putting on events and opening the doors, we rely on a band of enthusiastic volunteers. Help is needed with stewarding, welcoming visitors, gardening, event management and much more.
Giving
Hope Chapel is a listed building and, over the past few years, more than £1m has been spent on repairing the place and improving the facilities. Keeping it in good order is an expensive business and your help is appreciated.
