Baptist Church


Hope Baptist Church started in 1777 and continues as a group of people who try to follow the teachings of Jesus. The church gathers each Sunday and on other occasions to learn from the Bible, to pray and worship together and to encourage one another. 

In the current difficult circumstances, these gatherings are based around video resources and 'Zoom'. We are also currently publishing a Midweek Meditation each Wednesday during the current lockdown on Youtube. We look forward to reopening the doors of Hope Chapel for our local community.
